As a Relationship Banker III, you’ll support and drive sales growth at your branch while continuing to develop through training and mentorship. You’ll help manage a client portfolio, build relationships, and work alongside experienced business partners. This role is designed to help you grow into a future sales leader at Tri City National Bank.

Compensation

$22.00 – $32.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers in your branch.
  • Be primary contact for customer inquiries and relationship management.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business from existing clients.
  • Partner Commercial Banking and Mortgage Lending to expand services.
  • Engage in outbound sales campaigns and customer relationship reviews.
  • Support branch staff in developing sales techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in business visits to build new customer relationships.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
  • Partake in sales meetings and workshops.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of banking experience.
  • Proven success in business development and sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer lending products & services.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying detail oriented.
