• Lead System Diagnostics & Machinery Recovery:
  Perform advanced technical diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and precision repairs on high-capacity industrial automation, complex robotic cells, and integrated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot Industrial PLC Networks:
  Serve as the primary onsite technical authority for PLC systems, executing advanced troubleshooting, signal tracing, program monitoring, and logic optimizations on Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Interpret Complex Engineering Drawings:
  Read and navigate highly complex mechanical assembly prints, structural layout drawings, and multi-page electrical/fluid power schematics to rapidly isolate system faults.
• Maintain Power & Fluid Networks:
  Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance and system rebuilds across high-voltage AC/DC electrical distribution, advanced pneumatic manifolds, and high-pressure hydraulic loops.
• Execute Machinery Modifications:
  Utilize precision welding and machine shop fabrication tools to safely modify production machinery, rebuild worn assemblies, or repair critical close-tolerance machine components.
• Collaborate & Mentor:
