Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative we rely on you to engage with customers, process orders, and support store operations. This position requires reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a busy, shifting schedule.
Job Requirements And Duties
- Operate all store equipment efficiently.
Assume all store roles, including delivery driver (must own a personal vehicle). - Stock ingredients and maintain storage areas.
- Prepare products following established standards.
- Receive and process telephone and computer orders.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Navigate the delivery area and locate addresses.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Take inventory and process associated paperwork.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Be timely, reliable, and self‑starter.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Outstanding people skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Willing to work hard and be a team player.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator optional).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Motor coordination for rapid, precise manual tasks.
- Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
- Temperature ranges from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in some areas.
- Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
- Regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
- Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
