Responsibilities and capabilities:

• Collect document‑management requirements from each party and translate them into a fit‑for‑purpose strategy; design, set up and maintain procedures, templates, and tools to efficiently execute the work scope.
• Organise, plan and coordinate activities to fit into the overall schedule, monitor progress, and provide technical oversight and clarification to activities. Interface between the on‑site team and back office.
• Conceptualise and dimension components or system designs based on functional requirements and multi‑discipline engineering principles, taking into account full life cycle (constructability, installability, operability, maintainability, sustainability).
• Manage fabrication and construction site or offshore engineering activities, resolve non‑conformances, and manage change processes.
• Perform a gap analysis between the strategy presented in the win phase versus the strategy during the execution phase to identify risks and gains. Draft and execute inspection plans, ensure QCP compliance, manage vendor QCP and inspection test plans, subcontract third‑party inspection agencies, budget management and reporting, OWL management, NCR management, and savings monitoring.
• Recognise the functions and interactions of components of a larger system, define performance life cycle and sustainability requirements, and develop specifications or contractual requirements for all system components.
• Understand and analyse complex engineering problems using appropriate tools, including high‑level and preliminary calculations, advanced engineering and analytical methods. Interpret results to deliver engineering solutions.
• Demonstrate visible HSSE, Quality, Regulatory and Process Safety leadership commitment through regular communication, discussions on performance and management visits when appropriate. Lead by example and "walk the talk".
