Job Overview

You were born to be the boss. You start your day managing everyone in the house, and now it’s time to bring that leadership to Domino’s Pizza as an Assistant Manager. This role requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask while ensuring everyone—your crew and even your boss—gets along.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Foster a team environment and motivate others.
• Operate all store equipment and take on all roles in the store, including delivery expert (must have own personal vehicle).
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and coolers.
• Prepare products following established standards.
• Receive and process telephone and computer orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Navigate within the delivery area, reading maps and locating addresses.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Take inventory and process associated paperwork.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Be timely, reliable, and a self-starter.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age, valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience and a safe driving record.
• Own insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Motor coordination for precise and rapid movements.
• Enter orders using keyboard or touch screen.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and noise.
• Cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; may climb flights of stairs during delivery.
