Midas is looking for dependable and hardworking B- and C-Level Automotive Technicians to perform maintenance and repair work while developing their technical skills. You’ll work alongside experienced A-Techs and Foremen, use modern tools and diagnostic equipment, and receive ongoing training to keep your career moving forward.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and light repairs
• Assist with brake, suspension, and steering work as skills develop
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues (B-Level Techs)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with service staff and teammates
• Learn through hands‑on experience and ASE certification support

• For B-Level Technicians: solid mechanical experience and ability to perform standard repairs independently
• For C-Level Technicians: basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Pay range:
• B-Level Technicians: $1,000–$2,500 per week (Flat Rate + Weekly Bonuses)
• C-Level Technicians: $700–$1,200 per week (Hourly + Weekly Bonuses)
• Performance-based pay with clear advancement opportunities
