We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team part-time. This front-facing role is all about providing 5-star customer service
, helping prospective and current members feel welcome, informed, and excited to be part of our fitness family.

• Deliver exceptional, 5-star service to every member and guest.
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective members using our CRM/prospect database.
• Schedule and coordinate fitness consultations and tours.
• Engage with prospects through in-person conversations, phone calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into members.
• Guide new members through a smooth onboarding process to ensure long-term success.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
• Support membership growth goals through consistent prospecting and lead nurturing.
• Stay informed on club promotions, membership options, and services to confidently assist members and prospects.
• Embed and promote the values and mission of Anytime Fitness.

• Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable making calls and initiating conversations with strangers.
• Flexible availability preferred, including some evenings or weekends.
