Location: The Learning Experience, Brownsburg, IN

Pay: Starting at $16.50–$17.50/hour, based on experience and education

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | shifts available, 7-4PM, 8-5PM or 9-6PM schedule

Are you ready to inspire little learners and make a lasting impact every day? At The Learning Experience Brownsburg, we’re looking for a joyful, nurturing Preschool Teacher to guide children ages 2–3 through their first steps into structured learning. Our Preschool program is all about building independence, confidence, and curiosity through play, routine, and loving guidance.

• Create a Loving Environment: Build a safe, cheerful classroom where children feel secure and excited to explore.
• Encourage Independence: Support self-help skills like handwashing, clean-up routines, and early potty training with patience and positivity.
• Celebrate Growth: Observe and nurture each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Partner with Families: Share daily updates, progress reports, and warm conversations to build trust and connection.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with fellow educators to create a consistent, supportive environment.
• Keep It Safe & Joyful: Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean, organized, and full of energy.

• High school diploma/GED (required)
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• 6+ months of teaching or childcare experience (required)
