- Create a warm, welcoming classroom where Twaddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to explore
- Bring TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to life through hands‑on activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory play
- Support children as they build independence — from early communication to self‑help skills
- Guide positive social interactions and help children express their feelings in healthy ways
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright, nurturing environment
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth
- You’re naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing
- You love the Twaddler stage — the curiosity, the big emotions, the big leaps in learning
- You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- You’re dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential
