OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator in Indiana to support the Director of Nursing and the RN Assessment Coordinator. You will ensure documentation compliance with Federal, State and Certification guidelines and coordinate the RAI process from MDS through the care plan completion.
The role requires RN/LVN licensure in the state, a minimum of 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and solid knowledge of OBRA regulations, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement.
