Job Summary: The Barcode Mail Supervisor will oversee the production floor area and assist the Operations Manager to ensure that all work is scanned and sorted according to company standards.
Responsibilities- Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Manual inspection of printed material and trays before subsequent removal and sleeving of trays from the conveyor.
- Aid on the production line as needed.
- Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to company standards.
- Create an environment that promotes positive communication.
- Follows all required safety procedures and communicates all concerns regarding safety to the department manager.
- Work with other departments to ensure job schedules are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- General warehouse and other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Cooperative and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to foster a productive and safe work environment.
- Ability to delegate assignments as needed.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience in mail processing is a plus.
- Safety records.

- Completion and acceptable result of scheduled training.
- Completion of assigned goals by the end of each year.

- Will be exposed to a loud noise environment.
- May be exposed to dust.
- Extended work shifts may be required due to business needs and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required.
