- Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

- Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
- Conduct calls with customers seeking information about products and services.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Balance customer experience with performance goals.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, and grants.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute equally to team activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Full-time availability and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
- Travel up to 10% as required.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
