• Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

• Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
• Conduct calls with customers seeking information about products and services.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, and grants.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute equally to team activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
