Hourly wage: $15.00 – $28.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may involve the use of heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload delivery trucks and bring freight to the storage area.
• Stock shelves and arrange products in the backroom and store aisles.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Operate handling equipment safely, including forklifts when required.
• Adhere to safety and company policies while performing manual tasks.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Reliable, punctual attendance with a flexible work schedule.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
