25-Year, Successful State Farm Agent, Hiring Full-Time, In Office, Licensed Staff Agent - $17.00 to $30.00 per hour Base + Bonus + Commission, $40,000 to $75,000 potential + Matching Retirement + Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays. Minimum 3 years Insurance Agency Experience Preferred

Assisting customers with daily insurance needs, prospecting for new clients, pivoting to additional needs for existing customers. Strong Sales/Service orientation needed. • Manage the service needs of a portion of an existing book of business by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Pivot from service transactions to additional needs with existing customers
• Marketing to new prospects
• Use a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Asking for Google Reviews, and Referrals from existing Customers
• Meet with customers to assess needs and sell products to address coverage gaps
• Pivot and calling to set appts. with new and existing customers
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Developing ongoing networking relationships
• Work with Agent and Team to hit Individual and Team Sales Goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day

• Current Indiana Property and Casualty and/or Life Health License Strongly Preferred
• Insurance or related experience
