Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing systems and a dedication to delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, single-ply, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
- Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Work safely and efficiently at elevated heights using proper fall protection equipment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in installing and repairing various types of commercial roofing systems
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
