We are expanding our team and seeking professional private basketball trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. As part of the team, you will travel to local parks, courts, or clients' homes, setting your own schedule and receiving payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

We pride ourselves on quickly connecting individuals with the best personalized professional training in their locality.

Our team is supported by dedicated staff, ensuring a seamless experience while earning some of the highest wages in the industry.

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly.
• Travel safely to clients' locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess students' skills and monitor progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• Set your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients' locations within your preferred area.
• Decide your travel radius for client locations.
• Prompt payment within 24 hours after completed lessons.
• Flexibility in choosing the number of clients you work with.
• Opportunity to receive multiple client offers regularly.
• Direct contact with clients and continuous support from Balr.
• Quick response from hiring team, with potential to start within 24-48 hours after interview.

Payments are issued via Pay Pal within 24 hours after each lesson. Full details are provided during the application process.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in basketball instruction or coaching for any age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Provision of your own training equipment.
