Overview
We are hiring CDL-A Trainee Drivers for our OTR position. You will run 4-6 weeks out with a mentor. After training, you will be a solo driver. You will be home every two weeks. During training, earnings are about $650 weekly as a trainee; after training, expected to drive 1,700–2,000 miles weekly with an average pay of about $1,000 weekly. CDL-A is required.
Responsibilities- Complete 4–6 weeks of mentor-led OTR training as a CDL-A Trainee
- Transition to solo driving after training
- Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with company policies
- 0 months or more tractor-trailer experience
- Valid CDL Class A license and Medical Card
- Hair drug test
- Clean driving record
