Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse, Occupational Health & Safety
Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Warehouse Manager/Supervisors to join our client in Brownsburg, IN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing floor staff, and ensuring shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks are executed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting and leadership experience as well.
Pay, Schedule, and Location- Ranging from $25 – $30/hour, paid weekly

- Located in Brownsburg, IN
- Lead, supervise, and direct daily activities of warehouse staff across assigned shifts
- Manage workflow to ensure timely shipping, receiving, order picking, and stocking
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate reporting in the warehouse management system
- Enforce safety protocols, OS&H standards, and company guidelines across the warehouse floor
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to boost performance and team productivity
- Resolve operational bottlenecks, material shortages, or staffing issues as they arise
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving procedures, and inventory control
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day/night shifts and overtime as required
- Proficiency with warehouse management tools/systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
