• Own and oversee shift manufacturing operations, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Directly supervise all shift production associates and provide dotted line oversight for QC and Maintenance team members on shift.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in safety, quality, efficiency, lean manufacturing, process engineering, and people development.
• Maintain required staffing levels and ensure all personnel training is current.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, safe to operate, and all housekeeping is in compliance with standards.
• Act as a safety advocate, ensuring all plant activities comply with safety policies and protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong problem‑solving/analytical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (lean, 5S, Six Sigma, SPC, RCA, PDCA) strongly desired.
• Strong computer skills.
