Troubleshoots, repairs, builds, and installs plant production and support equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Bends conduit, pulls wire, and hooks up equipment
- Maintain machine and support equipment PMs
- Performs other work related duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Group Leader.

QualificationsTrained in use and operation of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Technical training from the military, vocational/technical school or college. Three years’ experience as a technician in an industrial maintenance department.
Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend sufficient English to follow work instructions and blueprints. Must be able to communicate well verbally with others.
Mathematical SkillsBasic mathematical skills associated with the position.
Reasoning AbilityStrong reasoning ability to troubleshoot machines. Must work well with little supervision.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust be able to achieve and retain a forklift license.
Physical DemandsMust be able to do some climbing on machines, be able to lift 70 pounds, and stand/walk for extended amounts of time.
Work EnvironmentGeneral factory. Exposed to heat, cold, noise, dust, oil/grease and traveling powered industrial vehicles.
Training Requirements- General
Job Duties:
Trouble shooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and PLCs. - Line Operation:
Responsible for getting lines that go down back to production in a timely manner. - Quality Control & Auditing: N/A
