As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production lines. You will utilize your technical aptitude and attention to detail to operate complex machinery, maintain strict quality standards, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities- Operate and monitor primary and auxiliary production equipment to maximize line efficiency and output.
- Perform regular quality inspections and evaluate product samples to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain optimal operating conditions by adjusting machinery settings and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues.
- Document production data, quality records, and operational logs with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support team success by assisting with equipment changeovers, providing relief for operators, and training new staff members.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve operational challenges and ensure continuous, safe production flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and technical batch cards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds and handle heavy materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment with flexible scheduling.
- Prior experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational equipment problems.
- Experience with equipment maintenance or tooling assembly using basic hand tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting throughout a shift.
