Welding Trainer Workforce Training and Continuing Education

WTCE trainers are professional educators responsible for fulfilling Texas Southmost College’s (TSC) mission, vision, values, and goals by providing quality education to all students enrolled at the College. The trainer’s role includes leading, teaching, advising, and facilitating learning. All WTCE trainers actively participate in student recruitment and promote all TSC product lines, including credit programs, non-credit/workforce training, and dual enrollment. WTCE trainers demonstrate a strong commitment to service and excellence, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor towards students, parents, employers, media, colleagues, and the public.

WTCE trainers are responsible for teaching workforce-related, continuing education classes, which are offered during daytime, evening, weekends, and some college holidays at various locations.
