• Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus.
• Leading persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates.
• Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled.
• Establishing credibility and visibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local community partnerships, and deliberate outreach efforts.
• Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.

• Relying on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach strategies.
• Transferring relationship development to campus staff or assuming a passive role.
• Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha's educational approach.
• Operating remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent journey and local community.

Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
• Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
