We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team at Payne Brownsville Volkswagen/Mitsubishi. The Finance Assistant will support our finance department in various administrative tasks related to vehicle loans, lease contracts, and financial transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Assist in processing loan applications and lease contracts
• Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain records of financial transactions
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary financial information
• Provide administrative support to the finance department
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding paperwork or payments

Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
