Join HCA Houston Healthcare in our Accelerated Radiology Tech to CT Tech Training Program. The ten‑week, all‑expenses‑paid program provides online didactic instruction and clinical experience at Valley Regional Medical Center. Selected candidates with current ARRT certification in Texas advance to a certified CT Tech role.
Job SummaryThe program sponsors testing, fees, course materials and clinical training. Candidates must hold an AMA‑approved 24‑month Radiologic Technology program or Associate’s Degree, valid ARRT (R), clear Texas Medical Board license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least six months of experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist (preferred).
Responsibilities- Complete online didactic coursework and participate in clinical rotations at Valley Regional Medical Center.
- Maintain certification and compliance with Texas medical board and BLS requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high‑quality imaging services.
- Completion of a 24‑month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA‑approved school or Associate’s Degree.
- Current ARRT (R) certification.
- Clear active Texas Medical Board license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist (preferred).
