Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Director of Human Resources
. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the workforce of a mission-driven public utility that provides essential water, wastewater, and electricity services to the vibrant Brownsville, Texas, community. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director will lead key HR functions, including Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Organizational Development. You will spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, address workforce challenges, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
