As a Registered Nurse Post Surgical you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with department requirements and state standards.

• Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by the medical provider and ensure thorough documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of unintended response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs and resolve them.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse with an Associate, Bachelor’s, or RN diploma.
