Brownsville, TX. Salary: $60,150.00‑$98,020.00.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at U.S. Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease.

• Patient care: Work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment, completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments and monitoring patients during treatment. Ensure quality renal care by reviewing medication profiles monthly and administering medications per physician orders.
• Teamwork: Critical member of an interdisciplinary team to provide assessment and care planning. Ensure center staffing requirements are met under the Administrator’s direction and state regulation staffing ratios.
• Safety & Quality: Adhere to company policies, procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience (preferred).
• Previous dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
