Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA | All Shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning safely.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output accurately.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal clean-up.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and handle personal items respectfully.
• Document care in accordance with Fox Hollow Post Acute policies and HIPAA guidelines.
• Support restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed by nursing.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care.

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and assist with resident transfers.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and hands-on care tasks.
