Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, deliver excellent guest service, and maintain a high‑quality dining experience.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience; high‑volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays (Restaurant closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license, good standing, and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and required state/federal documents.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑service focus.

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspection standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family‑friendly environment.
