We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily apartment community in Brownsville, TN
. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong maintenance skills who takes pride in keeping a community safe, functional, and well maintained.

• $25/hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses

• Perform apartment repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Respond to service requests and on‑call maintenance emergencies
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
• Track and manage tools, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC experience preferred; EPA certification preferred
• Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and participate in an on‑call rotation
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required
