Position Summary
TIC is hiring a Crane Operator for an energy project in Brownsville, TX.

Requirements- NCCO LBC/LAT Certification required
- 3+ years of experience operating lattice cranes over 250 tons
- Up to $40 per hour
- $105 per diem per day worked
- Current schedule: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday
- Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends and nights when required
- All offers are contingent on passing a pre‑access Drug and Alcohol and non‑DOT physical test
- Constantly move about a construction/industrial site, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, etc.
- Work in changing outdoor weather conditions
- Work irregular hours, weekends, overtime and holidays as required
- May use ladders, mechanical platforms, manlifts, scaffolds to access required equipment/work areas (may exceed 200 ft); must be able to climb and maintain balance on steel formwork, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
- Move and work in and around confined and cluttered places, uneven surfaces
- Must complete tasks in a noisy and dusty environment
- May be required/able to move items weighing up to 50 lb across construction/industrial site
- Must have LBC Cert
- Observe and comply with all safety and project rules, perform other duties as required
- Ability to pass pre‑access drug and alcohol testing and non‑DOT physical
