Bechtel is seeking Insulator Journey persons for their Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, Texas. This role involves applying, removing, and repairing insulation on industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with various insulation materials and fireproofing techniques, and be able to interpret design drawings and specifications.

What You’ll Need- Experience applying, removing, and repairing insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or mechanical systems
- Ability to install cryogenic insulation materials such as aerogel or cellular glass
- Skill in covering, sealing, or finishing insulated surfaces with mastics, vapor stops, or sealants
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and select required insulation material
- Experience with cementitious fireproofing materials and related prep work
