Brown County Abstractis seeking anEscrow Assistantto join their team. This industry professional will provide escrow services and support such as building settlement statements, balancing files, and preparing wire requests. A successful Escrow Assistant will provide high quality work and excellent customer service while remaining flexible under changing schedules and demands.
Position Highlights:
- Review files for inspection, insurance, bills, and tax certificates.
- Schedule closing with all parties.
- Complete 1099 information.
- Obtain HOA information and order payoffs.
- Prepare packages and send to buyer or seller.
- Title, real estate, or lending background a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills
- Skilled in problem solving and customer service
