Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will plan and administer OT treatments to residents, under the supervision of an OT, to improve independence and quality of life.
The role requires an active Texas OTA license and COTA credential, with strong communication and teamwork. SNF or long-term care experience preferred; in-house support and comprehensive benefits are provided.
