Required weekend coverage
Description:
Will provide care to all ages.
Experience with neonates is required.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
Experience with a charting system is required.
Experience with the following skills is needed:
Adult critical care, aerosol setup, and intubation assistance.
Must be able to perform arterial punctures and extubation.
Knowledge of pulmonary function testing is beneficial.
Ability to provide tracheostomy care and management is required.
Experience with various respiratory treatments and medications is necessary.
Willingness to assist in high-risk deliveries and provide support in critical care.
Must be able to troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and perform sputum specimen collection.
Familiarity with neonatal and pediatric critical care is a plus.
Adept in the following treatments:
BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula.
Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and assist with pulmonary rehabilitation is essential.
