Responsibilities- Work with moderate work direction and identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
- Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
- Identify and document high‑level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements
- Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
- Identify and understand the end user's need
- Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Two years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs
- Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure such as workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP printers, servers, VMware, terminal servers, and networking
- Provide standard and local software support — VMware, Windows OS and Office suites
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
