• Adhering to all quality and safety policies, procedures and practices.
• Operating various machines in varying speeds, while maintaining appropriate product specifications.
• Interpreting customer needs by customer specific expectations, with the ability to perform appropriate department processes, while utilizing appropriate tools and material to meet individual customer and quality requirements.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• One-year preferred industry or labor experience.

The starting rate of pay is $20.47 to $23.22. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education. Other benefits and incentives may apply.
