Materials Coordinator – Ethos Pet Brands

• Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow and movement of all materials
• Prepare an efficient shipping schedule and evaluate production schedules, determine required materials, and ensure availability of all materials
• Prepare reports for all materials consumption based on published production plan
• Maintain information for status of materials on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with production team to schedule deliveries, manage delays, and ensure compliance to all material requests
• Prepare required reports for cost accounts and procurement to ensure compliance to all accounts payable requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university with a bachelor’s degree
• At least 3‑5 years of supply planning, procurement, logistics and/or sourcing experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Must be willing to submit a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Must be eligible to work in the US

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
• Ascend/descend a ladder or stairs daily
• Ability to operate a computer and other office technology
• Ability to observe details at close range
• Must be able to work in an area with exposure to loud noises
• Ability to work safely in areas with hazardous equipment and materials
• Must be able to relay accurate information via multiple communication vehicles including verbal and written mechanisms
• Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Occasionally position self to access low spaces
