Indie Campers is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist in the United Kingdom to guide customers in selecting their ideal motorhome experience. You’ll support from initial enquiry through to departure, building ongoing relationships across channels to ensure customers are informed, confident and excited.
You will handle quotes, reservations, amendments and payments, conduct on-site viewings when needed, and keep systems up to date while pursuing individual targets and KPIs.
