Loader - Broxburn At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Broxburn. Shifts Pattern:
Shifts pattern: 3 days ON 3 days OFF , 6am to 6pm (11.50 hrs) , 30 min unpaid break Pay Rates: £13.80 hourly Essential Requirements for Loader:
We seek a highly motivated, eager-to-learn team member who thrives under pressure. Essential requirements include a valid, clean driving licence, strong multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a flexible approach to shift patterns.

Desirable Requirements for Loader:
Prior experience in hospitality or catering is a plus. Essential traits include reliability, a responsible work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a strong team player. Strong team player who can communicate effectively at all levels Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude Good standard reading, writing, and spoken English skills Eager to learn and willing to work a fixed shift pattern Good customer service skills Commitment to the company values of Excellence, Passion, Responsibility, and Respect.

Role Responsibilities for Loader:
Loading and unloading goods, materials, or food products safely and efficiently. Ensuring all items are correctly stored and organized in the designated areas. Conducting basic quality and safety checks on incoming and outgoing stock. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards. Benefits for Loader:
