Location: Uphall Station
The Role Are you ready to work with high-speed production processes and help keep operations running at their best? As a Process Operator, you'll play an important role within a busy manufacturing environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Working with modern food production equipment and processes, you'll help ensure products are manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll join a supportive team where continuous improvement and personal development are actively encouraged, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills and develop your career within a successful manufacturing business. Working a shift pattern of Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am, gaining experience across different production activities while supporting the site's continuous manufacturing operation. This provides exposure to multiple areas of the production process and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and operational expertise.

Experience with in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, or similarly fast-paced environment would be beneficial. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and develop new skills. Comfortable working within a production environment and following established processes and procedures A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a busy operational environment.
