Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in West Lothian.
What we offer- Contract Rate: £16 per hour
- Ad-hoc shifts (frequent)
- Daytime shifts between 06:30 - 19:30
- A supportive and professional kitchen environment
- Opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and a well‑organised team
- Running your section efficiently during service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting junior kitchen staff when required
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for quality food and consistency
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
