We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead two strategic transformation programmes within a complex enterprise environment
The first programme focuses on the integration of a newly acquired business into the wider technology landscape, while the second centres on transforming how organisational knowledge is created, managed, and accessed across the business.
This role combines programme delivery, stakeholder management, business transformation, and change leadership. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver initiatives that have a direct impact on the organisation's future operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of a major post-merger integration programme
Coordinate infrastructure, workplace, identity, and cloud migration initiatives
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and digital workplace transformation activities
Drive the implementation of enterprise knowledge management solutions
Support business process redesign and organisational transformation programmes
Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery controls
Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
Engage with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners
Drive change management, communication, and user adoption initiatives
Support future AI-enabled knowledge management and self-service capabilities
Your Profile
Core Requirements
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager
Proven track record delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving organisational change and user adoption
Strong governance, budgeting, reporting, and programme control expertise
Ability to operate confidently across both business and technical environments
Comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving accountability
Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
Technical & Programme Experience
Microsoft 365 migration programmes
Azure cloud and transformation projects
Infrastructure and workplace technology programmes
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Digital Workplace initiatives
Knowledge Management platforms
Enterprise Search solutions
Change Management programmes
Cloud Migration projects
Post-Merger Integration (PMI) or acquisition integration experience
Enterprise-wide business transformation programmes
Languages
~ Native or fluent Dutch (essential)
