LA MONTRE HERMÈS S.A. recherche un Responsable Mécanique (H/F) pour Le Noirmont (JU). Intégré à la Direction du Développement et au Bureau Technique, il organise et supervise la fabrication des outillages et leur maintenance, tout en assurant la sécurité et la satisfaction des clients internes.
Vous piloterez une équipe de mécaniciens et coordonnerez les interactions avec les départements de production et d'industrialisation, afin d'optimiser les performances et les flux.
