Duties and Role: Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for:

• Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection.
• Reactive Event Handling.
• Incident Coordination and Escalation.
• Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools.

Skill, Knowledge &

Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• ITIL,
• Understanding Incident and problem management,
• Event monitoring.
• CIS communications engineering expertise.
• Working with tools such as:
  Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius,
• Performance centre.
• Good communication skills
