Typical Day

Helping others is what we do best here, so you’ll see the impact of your work firsthand. As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will build lasting client relationships by inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. Your day will involve greeting clients, matching them to the right tax professional, scheduling services, ensuring all client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, maintaining office cleanliness, and supporting teammates.

What

We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer‑service experience
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and use Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
