Greenway Nissan of Brunswick is looking for an experienced and motivated automotive dealership Service Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate is a high‑energy individual who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience and learn from a dedicated team of mentors.

This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and drafting orders for repairs. A determined self‑starter who maintains a consistent level of outstanding customer satisfaction is essential.

• Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
• Consults with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
• Sells additional needed services.
• Sets and manages expectations for service delivery for both customers and mechanics.
• Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times.
• Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• One year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be in good standing.
• Must exhibit personal and professional integrity.
• Must have a desire for a long‑term career with a growing organization.
• CDK experience; highly preferred.
