HR Partner, Providing Direct Hire Recruitment StrategiesOur client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Purchasing Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Purchasing Department supporting compliance and traceability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Pay Range: $23-$24/hr
Shift: M-F 10am-7pm
What's the Job?
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inbound and outbound pharmaceutical shipments.
- Handle exception management for incoming shipments, including data discrepancies, damages, overages, shortages, and product identifier issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding DSCSA data exceptions.
- Resolve tickets involving shipment discrepancies, data errors, or system issues, leading resolution initiatives and improvement projects independently.
- Support compliance efforts through accurate documentation and traceability of pharmaceutical products, providing reports and metrics as required.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of logistics or warehousing experience required.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
