The Service Lane Greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering our service department. This role sets the tone for the entire service visit by providing a warm welcome, assisting with check‑in flow, and ensuring customers feel valued and cared for from the moment they pull into the drive.

• Greet all service customers promptly and professionally as they arrive
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Assist with basic check‑in questions and help manage service lane traffic
• Communicate wait times and service process clearly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area
• Provide light administrative support as needed
• Deliver a positive, stress‑free first impression every time
• Occasionally drive shuttle vehicle to transport customers

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer‑first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience preferred (hospitality or automotive a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
